The Dairy founder Robin Gill’s recipe for Guinness soda bread is great for those who are new to bread-making. It doesn’t require yeast so there’s no kneading or proving involved and it only takes 10 minutes to prepare before baking. In his own words: ”This is one of the easiest and most satisfying bread recipes. I bake it every St Patrick’s Day and serve it with smoked salmon on the day, then on the following days with jam and butter or a bowl of soup.”.
